is it safe to use an umbrella with a pointed spike when it is lightening?if yes,why and if no, why not?

Dear student,
You might have observed that most lightning conductors are placed at the topmost point on the building,it is not near the ground. Lightning conducotrs are structures with long vertical rods which capture the lightning. There must not arise any problem due to the umbrella pointed spike, I suppose. Any way, try avoiding going out during thunderstorms.
