Is it possible for blood to clot under the skin?Give reason in support of your answer

No it is not possible that blood clots under skin because under the skin there is a anti-coagulant factor or a chemical called as heparin which prevents the coagulation of blood when inside and when the blood comes out, obviously the coagulant factor becomes inactive and blot clots outside the body.
