CBSE Class 12-science Answered
Is it important to learn derivations of all cases of refraction at spherical surface or derivations given in only NCERT enough for CBSE exam?

Expert Answer
It is always advisable to go through all the dreivations, understand them and pratice them thoroughly.
We should always be prepared to answer whatever that comes in the exams because we cannot predict what can be asked.
Ideally the derivations given in the NCERT textbook are enough, however to be on the safer you can refer some books too.
