Answered by Expert

-          Intensive breeding involves rearing of animals/plants in large numbers so as to produce higher yields.

-          Inbreeding is the production of offspring from the mating or breeding of individuals or organisms that are closely related genetically.

-          Intensive breeding relies on the principle of inbreeding.

-          If we use the tools of inbreeding, it is very easy to eliminate the undesirable traits when they are manifested. Through inbreeding, if we want to create an offspring which is as close to the parent organism, then the technique of intensive breeding needs to be adopted.
