Let us join AP and AQ. let us assume, by symmetry, begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleBAP = begin mathsize 12px style angle end stylePAQ =begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleQAC = x
then begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleAPQ = begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleAQP = 90 -(x/2)
then begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleAPB = 90+(x/2)
In ΔBAP, begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleB + begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleBAP +begin mathsize 12px style angle end styleBPA = 60 + x + 90+(x/2) = 180  or (3/2)x = 30   or   x = 20
Hence begin mathsize 12px style angle end stylePAQ = 20°
