IN THE GIVEN FIGURE PA AND PB ARE THE TANGENTS TO A CIRCLE WITH CENTRE O.SHOW THAT THE POINTS A,O,B,P ARE CONCYCLIC.

Join PO. Now, angle (PAO) and angle (PBO) are 90 degree, so if we draw a circle considering PO as the diameter, then it will pass through points A and B as the angle subtended by the diameter in a semi-circle is 90 degree always. 
 
Hence, PAOB are concyclic, i.e. we can draw a circle passing through 4 points.
