In the following diagram, the charge and potential difference across 8 μF capacitance will be respectively nearly :-

Charging path of capcitors is shown in fig.(a). It can be seen that only C3 and C7 are getting charged.
All other capacitors are getting shorted.
Hence as shown in fig.(b), we have two capacitors in series combination which is connectred across 40V potential difference.
Equivalent capacitance Ceq of this series combination is given by:- Ceq = (36×8)/(36+8) = 6.55μF
Charge across each capacitors = 6.55×40 = 262 μC;
Potential across 8μF capacitor = 262/8 = 32.75 V
