In potentiometer to measure internal resistance, is there current flowing throuh circuit containing secondary cell of unknown emf and resistance box connected in parallel to the cell at null point.

At null point current across the galvanometer is zero but there is current flowing through circuit containing secondary cell of unknown emf and resistance box connected parallel.
