in reality current flows from negative teminal to positive teminal but contentionally current flows from positive to nagative terminal.
does current really flow from highr to lower potential?

Expert Answer
Yes current flows from higher potential to lower potential. Current is the flow of electrons. Now electrons move from lower potential to higher potentiala and conventionally current is flow of positive charges which move from higher potential to lower potential.
Hence, all in all we can say that current flows from higher to lower and electrons flow from lower to higher potential.
