In NEET it was asked that which was not an inhibitory substance governing seed dormancy.I marked it as abscisic acid.But in other answer keys it was shown as gibbrellic acid.

In the NCERT text it is given that abscisic acid promote seed dormancy and not inhibit.So the answer should be abscisic acid.

Read the question carefully. It is asking to name the hormone which does not promote seed dormancy.
So, the correct answer is gibberellis acid. Abscisic acid, phenolic acid and para-ascorbic acid promote seed dormancy.
