In fig shown ,the system is released from rest.Find the velocity of block A when block B has fallen a distance l.Assume all pulleys to be massless and frictionless.

Figure shows the Tension forces acting on the chords of pulleys at various points.
When the system is released, block-A is getting an accleleration a given by,
 
a = (2T-mg)/m = mg/m = g
 
when block B has fallen a length l, due to length constraints, block-A will move a distance 2l upwards.
 
velocity v of block-A after travelling a distance 2l, starting from rest,  is calculated from,  v2 = 2×g×2l ,  or  v = begin mathsize 12px style 2 square root of g space l end root space m divided by s end style
