Given: In an isosceles ABC with AB = AC, BD and CE are two medians.

To Prove: BD = CE

Proof: In triangles ABD and ACE

AB = AC (given)

AD = AE (as D and E are the mid-points of AC and AB)

A = A

Therefore, triangles ABD and ACE are congruent by SAS.

Hence, BD = CE by CPCT.
