In class three lever we know that the load is at one end and the fulcrum is at the other end while the effort is somewhere in the middle. 
Load arm is given as 0.75 m = 75 cm
While the distance between the load and the effort is 25 cm.
Effort arm = load arm - distance between load and effort = 75 - 25 = 50 cm 
 
Nownas we have effort arm and load arm we can calculate the mechanical advantage by using formula,
MA = length of effort arm / length of load arm =50/75 = 0.66
