According to law of conservation of mass, mass is neither created nor destroyed.

Na2CO3   +  CH3COOH     CO2   +  CH3COONa   +  H2O
 53g               60g                   22g          82g               9g

According to Law of Conservation of Mass ,  Mass of reactants = Mass of products
Mass of reactants = 53 + 60     = 113 gm
Mass of products = 22 + 82 + 9 = 113 gm

Therefore,  this data in agreement with the law of conservation of mass.
