potential difference of 1 V across two points is equal to workdone of 1 J performed on 1C.
 
Hence to transfer 25C, workdone is 200 J means, the potential difference = 200×25 = 5000 V.
 
charge = current×time  , hence current = 25 C / 10 s = 2.5 A
