It is very important unit. Well prepare the following topics:
1: Intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductoe with with their energy gap.
2: Semiconductoer as a diode and and p-n junction, Types of diodes
3: PNP and NPN transistor,
4: Diode as a rectifier and transistor as an oscillator,
5: Very easy topic logic gates and their truth tables.
