im my 6th question the one with the hammer that question
how does it come as 24/0.002 how does 0.002 and 24 cum there isnt it -24

Expert Answer
The direction of force depends on wether we are considering the force by hammer or the reaction force.
SInce in that answer i have taken the outward velocity as positive thus the force which will come as -24/0.002 will be the reaction force on hammer.
FOr situations like this always imagine the direction of force and velocity and compare it with real life situations.
Always mind the sign.
