Given, x=2 and x=3 are the roots of the equation 3x2 -2kx+2m=0    

Therefore, x=2 and x=3 will satisfy the given equation. So, we have:

12 - 4k + 2m = 0  … (i)

27 - 6k + 2m = 0  … (ii)

Subtracting (ii) from (i),

-15 + 2k = 0

k = 15/2

Now, substitute this value of k in any one of equation to get the value of m.
