CBSE Class 12-science Answered

if we know mole fraction of a component in liquid state then how to find mole fraction of that component in vapour state

answered-by-expert Expert Answer
The individual vapour pressure of each component
P1 = P1p*X1
P2 = P2p*X2

The mole fractions in the vapour are given by the number of moles per liter of each component divided by the total number of moles per liter.
