if we get a question like this-find the hcf of 12576 and 4052 then after solving it how can i check

Expert Answer
The only way to check whether the HCF obtained is correct or not is to find LCM first and then check whether the division algorithm satnds true i.e
HCF x LCM = Product of two numbers.
