If the table of atomic masses were established with the oxygen atom and assigened value of 100. then what would be  the mass of carbon atom , approximately?

If C is 12 then O is 16, that means 16/12 = 1.33 is the factor.
Hence,
If the table of atomic masses were established with the oxygen atom and assigened value of 100. then what would be  the mass of carbon atom , approximately:
100/1.33 ≈ 75 
Carbon will be approximately 75.
