Given: A(6, -1) and B(2,3) are equidistant from the point P(x, y)

Then, PA = PB

PA2 = PB2

(x - 6)2 + (y + 1)2 = (x - 2)2 + (y - 3)2

x2 + 36 - 12x + y2 + 1 + 2y = x2 + 4 - 4x + y2 + 9 - 6y

-12x + 2y + 24 = -4x - 6y

-8x + 8y = -24

x - y = 3
