Answer:
Chemical equilibrium is the state at which rate of forward reaction and rate of reversed reaction are same.
Therefore the concentration of reactant and product does not change, it remains constsnt.However the reaction did not stop.
The reactants continue to react and form product (forward reaction) and products continue to react to give reactant. (reversed reaction)
This is dynamic nature of chemical equilibrium.
