If binding energy and packing fraction is positive , does it mean that nuclues is stable?

Answer:
Nucleus is stable, only if binding energy and packing fraction is negative.
Negative energy indicates, that much of energy has to be supplied to remove neutrons and protons from nucleus.
If binding energy is positive ( this happens in compound nucleus of nuclear reaction) it will not be stable,
extra energy is released by neutrons/protons coming out of compound nucleus with energy
