The correct answer option is 3.
 
There are two double bonds.
The high priority groups should be present at opposite places around the double bond to get E isomer.
Only in option 3, the high priority groups are present at opposite places.
 
1-cyclohexyl-2E,4E-heptadiene is the most stable.
