If the frame of reference is moving in a region with velocity v = kv0where magnetic field exists as B = B0 and electric field as E = i E0 , where i, j and k are unit vectors in x, y and z direction respectively, then the electromagnetic force is given as E + × B = i (E0-v0B0) . This force will be zero if v0 = E0/B0
