i have misconception sir that is in problem the current through hair drier is 3.5. but when 5A CUREENT PASSING THROUGH IT DOES IT DAMAGE? BECAUSE FUSE EXCEEDS 3.5A PLEASE CLARIFY

for 3 A fuse there will be 3.5 A flowing through it. It will get heated and might burn out and appliance won't work in that case.
In case that the 3.5 A current reduced to 3 A due various loses (because of resistance etc) in circuit appliance might work properly.
 
For 5 A fuse 3.5 A current can flow through it and fuse won't burn out and dryer can work properly.
If the current exceeds 5 A fuse will burn out. For 4 A current and till 5 A current it may work or get damage cannot say precisely.
