I have a total of rupees 300 in couns of denomination rupess 1 , rupees 2 , rupees5 . The number of rupees 2 coins is 3 times the number of 5 rupees coins . The total number of coins is 160 . How many coins of each denomination are with me ?

Total rupees = 300
Total coins = 160
Denominations of coins - rupee 1, rupee 2 and rupee 5
no of rupee 2 coins = 3 times rupee 5 coins
Let no. of 5 rupee coins be x
no. of rupee 2 coins = 3x
no of 1 rupee coins = 160 - 4x
Value
300 = 1.(160 - 4x) + 2.3x + 5x
300 = 160 - 4x + 6x + 5x
300 = 160 + 7x
140 = 7x
20 = x
no. of 5 rupee coins be x = 20
no. of rupee 2 coins = 3 times 20 = 60
no of 1 rupee coins = 160 - 80 = 80
