I have 2 questions mam.
1).Why we find less chances of getting an static shocks during rainy season while we get shocks in winters when we touch silk or woolen clothes?
2).why birds sitting on wires never recieve shocks?

Birds sitting on a wire (with one leg or both legs) do not feel any current through their body as there is no potential difference on the body as it is not connected to ground. Hence, nothing will happen to the birds and they dont get shock

Please ask the other question as a seperate query
