CBSE Class 9 Answered
When it comes to Maths, experts often refer to the old axiom about practice and perfection. You may know this already that to excel in a logic-oriented subject like Maths, you need to practice more. In Maths, there is no shortcut to scoring high. Keep the following points in mind to gear up better for Maths exam:
i) Get down to solving problems on your own. The more time you spend with a problem, the more you muster the logic behind it. Sometimes students get an urge to ‘read through’ solved examples: doing this will take you absolutely nowhere.
ii) Do not rote learn formulas without understanding, learn how to derive it yourself. You can maintain a register to write down formulae chapter-wise. This will save time during revision.
iii) Get through with sample papers. This will help you to get acquainted with the difficulty level of CBSE Maths Board exam.
iv) Put yourself on a timer while solving sample papers. Practice adequately in a time bound manner to manage time better during exam.
v) Solve textbook questions at least thrice, because questions maybe asked directly from the textbook. Also, practice the solved examples.
vii) Take a minute to read the problem, try to visualize the solution in your mind, and then start writing.
viii) Most important of all keep calm and stay confident! You can do it!
