How we calculate 3 months advance rent in npo  The amount of rent is 16800 Please explain

Computation of rent is based upon the value provided to you. In case if we are provided with the figure of Rs 16800 as annual rent, then advance rent that may have been deposited will be per month rent multiplied by 3, i.e. 16800 over 12 cross times 3 equals 4 comma 200.
Else, if figure of 16,800 is provided for rent paid including advance rent for 3 months, then 16,800 would be divided by 15 months and the value of 3 months would be taken as advanced rent and remaining 12 months as the annual rent.
16800 over 15 equals 1 comma 120 per month.
Accordingly advance rent is 1,120 x 3 = 3,360 and annual rent is 1,120 x 12 = 13,440.

Stock realised e 52,000,; Shares in D.C.M. were sold for 60 each D_C.M. were sold for each. 2. Half the trade creditors accepted plant and machinery at an agreed valuation of 10% less than the book value and cash of 7000 in full settlement of claims. 3. Remaining creditors were paid off at a discount of 10%. Expenses of realisation amounted to Rs. 700. 4. One quarter's tax amounting to 1500 was due and had to be paid 5.
