Assuming the goods mentioned in the question are all calculators:
Let the cost of goods sent on consignment be x
∴ Invoice Price is x + 0.30x
⇒Invoice Price is 1.30x
Also, Selling Price is 25% more than invoice price
⇒ Selling Price = Invoice Price + 0.25 × 1.30x
= 1.30x + 0.325x = 1.625x
2/3rd of the goods have been sold for Rs 6,50,000
Cost of 2/3rd Goods: 6,50,000/1.625 = Rs 4,00,000
Cost of Total Goods: 4,00,000×3/2= Rs 6,00,000
