Assuming the goods mentioned in the question are all calculators:

Let the cost of goods sent on consignment be x

∴ Invoice Price is x + 0.30x

⇒Invoice Price is 1.30x

Also, Selling Price is 25% more than invoice price

⇒ Selling Price = Invoice Price + 0.25 × 1.30x

= 1.30x + 0.325x = 1.625x

2/3rd of the goods have been sold for Rs 6,50,000

Cost of 2/3rd Goods: 6,50,000/1.625 = Rs 4,00,000

Cost of Total Goods: 4,00,000×3/2= Rs 6,00,000
