4/ 3 = 80/ 60
and
7/5 = 84/60
Thus, 81/ 60, 82/60, 83/60 are rational numbers lying between the two given rational numbers.
You can find more such rational numbers by multiplying the numerator and denominator of the given rational numbers by bigger numbers (In the above case, the numerator and denominator of given rational numbers are multiplied by 20 and 12 respectively).
