A square is a number which is the product of a number multiplied by itself.
For a 2 digit number to be a square, the square root will be a 1 digit number.
The greatest 1 digit number is 9. Its square is 9 × 9 = 81
In prime factors - 81 = 9 × 9 = 3 × 3 × 3 × 3
