The set of all women in the world has to be finite. Theoretically at a particular instant you can definitely count how many women are there, it's definitely possible.
Imagine theoretically, all the women in the world are going to send a signal that they are women, and we receive the signal at the same moment. The number of signals received is finite, hence the set of women in the world must be finite.
