How SONAR and ultrasonic sounds are different from each other?

Ultrasonic sounde wave are basically a sound wave which has frequency more the 20000Hz. And it has nothing to do with SONAR.
Where as SONAR stands for SOund Navigation And Ranging. SONAR is a process by which we find the depth of the sea. A sound wave is send towards sea bed and it come back to the ship after reflection from sea bed.
