How many times chlorine atom is heavier than the carbon atom

The atomic weight of carbon is 12 and that of chlorine is 35.55≈36 which is 3 times of at. wt. of carbon.
 (atomic wt of C 12 × 3 = 36 which is wt. of Cl).
