The mole of H2O2 is required to produce sufficient oxygen which can be used to completely convert 2L at (STP) SO2 gas to SO3 gas:

The balanced stoichiometric equation is
2SO2 + O2 → 2SO3
2H2O2 → 2H2O + O2
For 2 moles of SO2, the volume at STP = 2 x 22.4 L
44.8 L of SO2 need 1 mole of oxygen which is produced by 2 moles of H2O2
so 2 L SO2 need = 2 moles of H2O2 x 2 / 44.8 = 0.0893 moles of H2O2
