how many integral value of x do not satisfy the equation [(x-7)/(x-9)] > 0

For  [(x-7)/(x-9)] to be defined, x should not be equal to 9.
 
Now, [(x-7)/(x-9)] > 0
x - 7 > 0
x > 7
 
Thus, the integral values which do not satisfy the given inequation are
x = 9 and all the integers which are less than or equal to 7.
