how is the bursting of cracker as in video unleashes non-conservative forces.

Dear student,
 
Non conservative forces are forces from which you canot get the work back, like friction. One cannot get mechanical energy from the frictional heat. Similarly, the heat energy produced from bursting of crackers cannot be changed into any other form.
