A robot is a man-made machine that looks like man. It can perform various complex tasks like walking, talking, calculating, etc. which can be done by man. However, unlike man, a robot does not have any living cells. It cannot obtain nutrition, cannot respire and cannot even reproduce. That is why, man is a living organism, but a robot is a non-living object.
