answered-by-expert Expert Answer
Human head is not a second class lever. It is a lever of CLASS I. A CLASS I lever is a one in which the fulcrum is at the centre of load and effort.

In the action of nodding of head, the spine acts as the fulcrum, the load is at its front part, while the effort is at its rear part, indicating that this is an example of a CLASS I lever.
