Answer:

It can be defined as the conductivity of all the ions produced by the dissolution of the one mole of an electrolyte in one liter of solution at a given temperature.

( Λ m )   =  k (conductivity) x    1000                                     
                              C molarity
   Unit of Λ m are S cm2 mol-1 or S m2 mol-1
       1S cm2 mol-1      =    104 S m2 mol-1
