How do quadruples swim naturally with head on water?

Quadruple amputees are those who have lost both their legs and hands. Thus, they are not able to move their limbs as normal swimmers do while swimming.

Hence, they are provided with special suit having flippers attached to the legs. This enables them to propel in water and are able to swim naturally.
