how can we say that weeds are unwanted when we can mulch and plough them into the soil and usethem as manures?

If allowed to grow with the crop plants, the weeds will grow rapidly and use up major portion of the available nutrients, water and also in many cases the available sunlight. So they need to be removed from farms growing cultivated crops. They can be used as green manures.
