North pole and South pole can nebver be seperated. 
 
Positive charge and negative charge can exist seperately.

Magnetic filed lines forms continuous circular loops.
 
Electric field lines have starting point and ending point. 
 
 
3. Magnetic field is produced due to moving charges.  Electric field can be produced due to stationary charges or by charges in motion.
