Answer:

Plants are formed from the seeds. These seeds are dormant until the conditions are right for them to grow. Under proper conditions of light, temperature, water and hundiity, the seed germinates. Asthe seed germinates it needs air, light, and water to grow. The germinated seed grows in two directions, from the top and the bottom. Stem and leaves grow above the ground, while roots grow under the ground, thereby giving rise to a new plant.
