How  do plant cells form duplicated chromosomes during the process of mitosis without centromere and asters??

Plant cells possess kinetochore which forms the point of attachement for the spindle fibries and help in splitting up of the chromosomes during mitosis. 
 
In plant cells asters are absent, but they do contain spindle fibres which help pull the chromosomes to the opposite poles.
