Matrix is just a tabular arrangement of numbers.
For example, if you decide to have 2 number in a row, and to have 5 rows. You'll have a matrix with 5 rows and 2 columns. It's denoted as 5x2 matrix.
To multiply two matrices, it's important that the first matrix should have NUMBER OF COLUMNS, that are equal to the NUMBER OF ROWS OF SECOND MATRIX.
For example, you can multiply and mxn matrix with nxp matrix and result will be a mxp matrix.
So how do we obtain the first element of the new matrix,
select first row of first matrix and first column of second matrix.
For every element in the first row there will be a corresponding element in the column.
Multiply corresponding elements and add them to get a number, that'll be the first element of the new matrix.
Now select second column from second matrix, and repeat the same step, and you'll have the second element .
After you exahaust the all the columns of second matrix. Repeat all over again with second row from first matrix.
