Hello sir, i wanted to know that why group 18 elements does not exibit +3 oxidation state ? plz elaborate it.

Group 18 are inert gases and lots of ionisation energy required to remove the electron,so the value of IE2 and IE3 is also very high ,due to stable electronic configuration.that is why they does not exhibit+3 oxidation state.
